I map the full experience from introduction to conversion, to ensure every message has a clear purpose and builds naturally on the one before it. Strong journeys use consistent visual systems, clear hierarchy, and strategic pacing to guide viewers without overwhelming them. I focus on delivering the right information at the right time, using A/B testing, performance insights, and thoughtful design choices, like animation or UI, to keep the experience engaging, and optimized for the desired call to action.
